WOULD YOU PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE

Would you please leave me alone!
Would you please leave my heart!
Would you please leave my mind and thoughts!
Would you please leave my life!
That's an order and not a request!

Unless you want to be my friend
You know, remember me not only when you see me!
Call me often, God knows i would do the same.
Unless you want close company,
You know, sharing the deep conversations about life, love and God.
Drop me a line and an instant reply from me.

Wait... What am I saying?
Would you please leave me alone!
Would you please leave my heart!
Would you please leave my mind and thoughts!
Would you please leave my life!
That's an order and not a request....

Or maybe if you'd like to you know,
Say more than hi! Look me in the eyes sometimes
Make me blush
Or maybe if you say you missed me
And it showed in your eyes, in your smile, in your very being
Make me feel like somebody.

Oh my... you see why i want you out.
Would you please leave me alone!
Would you please leave my heart!
Would you please leave my mind and thoughts!
Would you please leave my life!
That's an order and not a request....

Come to think of it, i only know your name,
See you once in a while, regular unplanned meetings
But i feel like i know you, like me and you are something
great,
You and I are written down in heaven...
Oh! But what does an infatuated girl know?

So to retain the little dignity i'm left with...
Would you please leave me alone!
Would you please leave my heart!
Would you please leave my mind and thoughts!
Would you please leave my life!
That's my desperate plea, unless you're planning
on hanging around for life!

You Just Lost One, Letter to Satan * Blair Wingo

Dear Satan,

I’m writing you this letter to inform you that our relationship is officially done.
You just lost one!
Cause for too long I’ve battled in my mind
Your voice v. God’s v. mine
For too long I’ve entertained the same thoughts as Cain
Like how truthfully my flesh loves to be first
How my pride tries to cover and hide so I can’t see the extent of this curse
So I’m returning all your gifts
Rejecting all your myths
See all this time I thought that I had control, but you were controlling this
Despite me doing good works in the church
Thinking I was a Christian
All the while allowed your spirit to lurk
What a deception
You went to church with me
A thwarted perception
Saying that I love God louder and louder
But had a spiritual infection
I see you’re a deceiver; you take advantage of every weak part
I could come to church every week
As long as I don’t apply the word to my heart
We were friends because I did what you wanted me to
I thought a little sin wouldn’t hurt
I mean I didn’t want to sleep with you
I just thought it would be cool to flirt
But I see you play for keeps
Now I know that the Word is true
What you sow is what you reap
I keep saying I’m so blessed, I’m so blessed
All the while secretly giving you a kiss
I remember all the places we used to go
Now inwardly it makes me sick
Like how you talked me into going to the club
At first I really didn’t want to go
I thought it wouldn’t affect me
But while I was there my lust began to flare and I got hot and heavy
Started thinking about the dudes in the room
Wanting to ride off in their Chevy
Or the comedy spots where we sat and laughed enjoying ourselves all night
When they were joking and mocking the church like that situation is light
And explicit sexual content echoed through that mic
And I laughed like it was alright
Now I know God wasn’t laughing
Even though you and I was on a roll
I see it was because my heart was so numb and cold
In the back of my mind
I thought I’d really give God 100% when I’m old
Once I’m done having my fun
Then I thought what if I don’t make it past 25, then what?
What did I live for?
I just can’t ignore anymore this proposal from the Lord
So I changed my number so you would no longer call
And I would no longer fall
But even though I did all that you still controlled me from afar
Because I was just trying to be a better person
Stopped clubbing, stopped sex, stopped cursing
Dropped friends, cause of greed stopped working
But stopping things don’t rid the seed of the serpent
It was all self-righteousness
A righteousness I created
It’s like using filthy rags to take a bath
When the truth is my entire sin nature is bad
And me stopping those things never dealt with the wickedness of my heart
If I thought someone did me wrong
I was so quick to lash back, all the while singing a praise song
Even though the Bible says repay not evil for evil, I refused to believe
And your strings got me doing things that I can’t even help
Trying to love my brother but always thinking about myself
What a curse
Like I could run up and hug someone at church
But because inwardly I wanted to be first
Didn’t realize it but I was wishing them the worst
Although the outside was clean
The inside of the cup was filthy and mean
So I wrestled with the conclusion
Maybe I’ve been excluded from being able to live this Christian life
But then that sounds like your voice
You’ve influenced so much of my life
Those events help me see how powerless I am
And the reality is there is only one way
And before I was set free, I had to realize I was a slave
I have no merit, virtue or favor with God
It’s Christ’ poured out lifeblood that saves
And I’m sick of it, my sin
I’ve defended it, time and time again
Dead in my transgression but now I’ve come on out of the grave
Because this new relationship is based solely by grace through faith
And my life is a result of what I believe
Since you shall know a tree by the root and the fruit
So rather than just dress modestly, I’m checking my heart too
Making sure there is no vanity
Or that I’m dressing to grab the attention of humanity
Because I know what I can do, if I remain in a relationship with you
My potential outside of Christ is extremely detrimental
So I’m clinging on with all I’ve got
So now when I think of all the movies we went to
Man I get so hot
Cause Christ has won my heart
I can’t sit there and glory in the violence on that screen
And even though I used to justify by saying I never hurt anyone
I was being entertained by the very thing
God choose to destroy the world for in Genesis 6
He said the earth was corrupt and filled with violence
So the only reason I wasn’t destroyed
Was God’s kindness
You see you helped me build a tower like you did with Nimrod
But I’m tearing it down for my God
By the way I’m clearing out my ipod
I’m giving you back all your music
Couldn’t see it before
This tool you were using
Different song
Different score
Brought the same conclusion
All about lust, money, self and sex
Yet those things are the reason Christ was out to death
Who you using next
Chris Brown, T-pain, souljah boy, ne-yo, Beyonce or Game?
Every artist motivation is the same
To take my heart away from the reason Christ came
I could say I’m saved all the while exalting men
Not a fanatic for Christ cause I’m a TI fan
No-one no-one, not even Alicia keys supersedes the reason Christ bleeds
No-one no-one has even ever heard Alicia sing about why Christ is grieved
And I thought her music was positive
But when I look into the word, Christ and Alicia are opposites
Christ is on my mind
So you won’t see me bobbing it
Because He’s all I need
He is all I need
Cause all that music was to glorify me
Yet the reason Christ came was to mortify me
To crucify my flesh
Not to be the Christian in Christian-Dior up in the video with Kanye West
Now I see
How he’s saying he’s Christian yet he’s exalting women, sex, and greed
And I said I was just listening to the beats
You had me so blind to the content
I was so deceived
Didn’t realized Satan disguised as I was hitting repeat
At the same time they were pushing repeat when my savior was beat
Pierced in His wrist and feet
To take away these worldly lusts these songs stir within me
So I confess
I’m no longer impressed with you whack lines
You’ll give me all your kingdoms if I bow and worship at your shrine
And I used to
But now I’m adopted into the vine
So every lie you told me
Like you being my homie
That I could rep Christ as long as we kicked it on the low key
I’m done with you and all the excuses you gave
Like living holy is a long process
But the truth is, you didn’t want me to change
I used to be a daughter of lies
You used to be my master
But now I’m at the feet of Christ with me box of alabaster
Because He redeemed me, set me free
And I will spend my time, all of eternity
Learning Him
Wiping His feet with my tears
Oh well, there will be no tears in heaven
But I will sit and give Him reverence
Because I know I’m undeserving of His love
See I’m now covered in the blood of the Son
So in case you forgot
I’m writing this letter to inform you that our relationship is officially done,

You just lost one!

Comparison, complacency, compromise

2Corinthians10:12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with those that commend themselves: but they, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves by themselves, are not wise.

I think most of the non achievements or issues of complacency in my life have most often than not come as a result of comparison. I mean i'm not as lazy as... or as bad as... or vain as... or as nosy as... etc which obviously doesn't make the situation better or worse hence leaving a placebo effect. With the problem not solved but sugar coated with a false sense of relief.

Sometimes, this also reflects on our spiritual lives. We know there's so much we should be doing in the kingdom of God but when we look around we convince ourselves we're ok. I'm better than Mary, i at least read a verse a day, she doesn't even have a bible or i'm only stealing a pen. I'm better than Stano who picks wallets. Trust me i've been there most often than not. Not attending say an all night because so and so is not there or just watching at least i'm not practicing... Forgetting that my friends are not the standard. Neither is my family or my leader. The only standard is Jesus, and how far i fall from his standard. Its our month of righteousness and the call is out!

I pray for grace to be like Jesus because its ALWAYS easier said than done. For it is God who gives us the grace to will and to do. 2Corinthians3:5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything of ourselves: but our sufficiency is of God... Phillipians2:13, Hebrews13:20-21

THE ROOT OF BITTERNESS

Today was an awesome day from the time i heard this message today morning. I needed to hear it and i hope it helps you:

According to the dictionary bitterness is; feeling angry and unhappy because you feel you've been treated unfairly/ very unhappy, caused by great unhappiness(oxford advanced)

You know you're bitter when you:
1. Keep talking about a particular instance
2. Have prolonged grief
3. Actions are accompanied by hostility and a feeling of rejection. You retaliate and fight people.
4. Prone to deception, con artists and witchcraft(to seek revenge or quick mood boosts)
5. Overwhelming load, burden on the soul.
6. Feel dissatisfied with God, like he owes you something Ruth1:13
7. Constantly angry, swearing and or rehearsing details of what happened to you. Complain all the time- not solving the problem but talking about the problem
8. Want to be isolated- remembering the bad and forgetting the good

What can bitterness do to you?
Removes the grace of God- Hebrews12:15 Springs trouble, sadness and sickness Genesis27:24-40 What is the cure?

JUST GIVE UP ALL THE RIGHTS TO REVENGE. Once bitterness is lifted a flood of blessings come. I hope y'all have learnt something like i did and i pray that every root of bitterness wither from your lives in the name of Jesus Christ.

Mhhh dear God, help me see you how you are!

Isaiah9:12... For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

Eccl3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men...

Acts17:26-28 From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. For in him we live, move and have our being...(NIV)

Psalm8:4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

Luke 11:13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

1 John 4:19 We love him, because he first loved us.

2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land (NIV)

Micah 7:19 He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

2 Peter 3:8-9 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
 9The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Hebrews 12:18-19 For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,
 19And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:

Jeremiah 3:22-23 Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the LORD our God.
 23Truly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in the LORD our God is the salvation of Israel.

2 Corinthians 7:10 For godly grief and the pain God is permitted to direct, produce a repentance that leads and contributes to salvation and deliverance from evil, and it never brings regret; but worldly grief (the hopeless sorrow that is characteristic of the pagan world) is deadly [breeding and ending in death].(AMP)

Isaiah 55:6-7 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
 7Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon

Jeremiah 29:13-14 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
 14And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.

Random Thoughts

In this modern world, we worry too much about the non essentials and far too little about the ESSENTIALS.

What do i mean? We fear bacterial infections and disinfect our hands, houses, water, clothes... We cross the road with precision, put up high wall fences with high class security systems. We save up fat retirement packages, accident proof our houses, cars and buildings. We do everything we can for our life here but we hardly stop to think the OTHER SIDE and what is needed to secure rest there!

Think about it...

HYMN JUNKIE

I LOVE hymns like you have no idea and my fave hymnists(if that's a word) are FANNY J CROSBY, Thoro Harris, E A Hoffman, H G Spafford(the guy who sung it is well- beautiful story btw), Isaac Watts... Yeah, i grew up in a PAG and hymns were in the order of service.

In my late teens i kinda started getting irritated by them(and anything deep that has to do with God btw) but teach a child... when he is old he will not depart. {You know i couldn't stand the conviction in Romans so i comforted myself in Psalms- Ezekiel the poet. You should check out his poem Almost fyi}

Sometimes i wonder what there writers saw, knew or experienced to write with such conviction. Sometimes some hymns resonate to my innermost being like deep calls to deep. As a self proclaimed writer, any piece I've ever written would blush at a simple chorus like 'i must tell Jesus, i must tell Jesus. I cannot bear there burdens alone. I must tell Jesus, i must tell Jesus. Jesus can help me, Jesus alone.' or 'Fatherlike He tends and spares us. Well our feeble frame He knows. In his hand He gently bears us, rescues us from all our foes. Praise Him praise Him! Widely as his mercy flows.

Not to downplay anything I've written but I'd like to write as well as there great people of God did. To bring joy to my readers however few. To bring hope and hopefully convict others all to the glory of God. But its not for me to decide. Its our good Lord who gives people gifts according to his abundant love- james4:17 'every good and perfect gift comes from above. From the father of lights in whom is no variableness or shadow of turning.' To EVERY MAN is given a measure of faith. So no matter what i write, God is pleased because He knows my motives and heart. A saying my mum 'a mum understands her child's goo goo gagas' so He relates to my randomness...

I sign off with there words from E E Hewitt:
Fear not I am with thee, blessed golden ray.
Like a star of midnight, lighting up my way.
Through the clouds of midnight this bright promise shone.
I will never leave thee, never will leave thee alone.

No never alone X2
He promised never to leave me, never to leave me alone.

Roses fade around us, lilies bloom and die.
Earthly sunbeams vanish, radiant still the sky.
Jesus rose of Sharon, blooming for His own.
Jesus heaven's sunshine, never will leave me alone.

Steps unseen before me, hidden dangers near.
Nearer still my Savior, whispering 'be of cheer'.
Joys like birds of spring time to my heart have flown.
Singing all so sweetly 'He will not leave me alone'

PRIDE 101

Truely there's a bus and i wanna be on board. As soon as i opened my tweets account after the meeting jana, you wouldnt believe the link that was on a post on my home page... Brokeness- the proud heart verses the broken heart! Yea, there's no distance between spirits... Anyhu am waitin to get a comp so i can copy paste but before that Sought Out lets keep killin pride, Jesus said the one who falls on the rock will be broken, but who the rock falls on will be crushed! I dont want to be crushed...

In recent weeks I have found God searching my own heart. I've gone before Him many times and said, "Oh God, show me what it means to be a broken person, to live a lifestyle of brokenness." What are some of the characteristics, the evidences of a proud, unbroken spirit? Let me just share with you some that have come to my own heart as I have waited on the Lord.
Proud people, but broken people. Proud people are self-righteous. They have a critical, fault-finding spirit. They look at everyone else's faults with a microscope but their own with a telescope, and they look down on others. But broken people are compassionate. They can forgive much because they know how much they have been forgiven. They think the best of others, and they esteem all others better than themselves.
Proud people have an independent, self-sufficient spirit, but broken people have a dependent spirit and recognize their need for others. Proud people have to prove that they're right, but broken people are willing to yield the right to be right. Proud people claim rights and have a demanding spirit, but broken people yield their rights and have a meek spirit. Proud people are self-protective of their time, their rights, and their reputation, but broken people are self-denying.
Proud people desire to be served, but broken people are motivated to serve others. Proud people desire to be a success, but broken people are motivated to be faithful and to make others a success.
Proud people desire for self-advancement, but broken people desire to promote others. Proud people have a drive to be recognized, to be appreciated. They're wounded when others are promoted and they are overlooked. Broken people have a sense of their own unworthiness. They're thrilled that God would use them at all in any ministry. They're eager for others to get the credit, and they rejoice when others are lifted up.

Proud people have a subconscious feeling, "This ministry is privileged to have me and my gifts." They think of what they can do for God, but broken people have that heart attitude that says, "I don't deserve to have any part in this ministry." They know that they have nothing to offer God except the life of Jesus flowing through their broken lives.
Proud people feel confident in how much they know, but broken people are humbled by how very much they have to learn. Proud people are self-conscious, but broken people are not concerned with self at all.

Proud people keep others at arm’s length, but broken people are willing to risk getting close to others and to take the risks of loving intimately. Proud people are quick to blame others, but broken people accept personal responsibility and can see where they were wrong in the situation.

Proud people are unapproachable, but broken people are easy to be entreated. Proud people are defensive when criticized, but broken people receive criticism with a humble, open spirit. Proud people are concerned with being respectable. They're concerned with what others think, and they're working to protect their own image and reputation. But broken people are concerned with being real. What they care about and what matters to them is not what others think but what God knows, and they're willing to die to their own reputation.

Proud people find it difficult to share their spiritual needs with others, but broken people are willing to be open and transparent with others as God directs. Proud people, when they have sinned, want to be sure that no one finds out. Their instinct is to cover up, but broken people, once they've been broken, they don't care who knows or who finds out. They are willing to be exposed because they have nothing to lose.

Proud people have a hard time saying, "I was wrong. Will you please forgive me?" But broken people are quick to admit their failure and to seek forgiveness when necessary. When confessing their sin, proud people tend to deal in generalities, but broken people are able to deal under the conviction of God's Spirit to acknowledge specifics.

Proud people are concerned about the consequences of their sin, but broken people are grieved over the cause, the root of their sin. Proud people are remorseful over their sin, sorry that they got found out or caught. But broken people are truly, genuinely repentant over their sin, which is evidenced in the fact that they forsake that sin.

When there's a misunderstanding or conflict in relationships, proud people wait for the other to come and ask forgiveness, but broken people take the initiative to be reconciled. They race to the cross. They see if they can get there first, no matter how wrong the other may have been.

Proud people compare themselves with others and feel worthy of honor, but broken people compare themselves to the holiness of God and feel a desperate need for His mercy. Proud people are blind to their real heart condition, but broken people walk in the light. Proud people don't think they have anything to repent of, but broken people realize that they have need of a continual heart attitude of repentance.

Proud, unbroken people don't think they need revival, but they're sure that everyone else does. Whereas humble, broken people continually sense their need for a fresh encounter with God, for a fresh filling of His Holy Spirit.

Now why would, with that long list, why would anyone want to be broken, anymore than we would want to sign up for suffering or surgery? Well, we learn from the Scripture that brokenness brings blessedness. Brokenness brings blessedness. Jesus said, "Blessed are the broken ones, those who are poor in spirit" (see Matt. 5:3).

What kind of blessings does brokenness bring? Well, we heard from the verse that Chuck read earlier that God draws near to the broken (see Ps. 34:18). He lifts up those who are humbled (see Ps. 147:6). We're told that God stiff-arms the proud. He resists them (see James 4:6). He keeps them at a distance, but He comes close to, even as the father of that prodigal son drew that repentant, broken son to his chest and embraced him, we find that our Heavenly Father draws near to the heart of those who are broken. You want to get close to God?
God draws near to the place of brokenness.
We find that brokenness brings the blessing of new life being released. Jesus said that, "if that grain of wheat does not fall onto the ground, and its outer shell is not broken; if it does not die it will abide alone" (see John 12:24).

Listen. Loneliness, I have found in my own life, is often an evidence of unbrokenness. Because when I am willing for that hard outer shell to be broken, then the life of Jesus can be released through me, and there is reproduction; there is fruit produced in the lives of others.

Of course, the ultimate picture of that brokenness is the Lord Jesus, who we have worshiped this morning. As He said, “This is my body which is broken for you” (see 1 Cor. 11:24). On that cross, as He experienced and endured the brokenness of fellowship with His Heavenly Father, from whom He had never known a moment's separation, and as He took upon Himself the full weight of our sin and was broken on our behalf,
His death released eternal life for us. So when we are willing to be broken, His abundant life flows through us to others.
Brokenness will bring to us an increased capacity for love and worship. I think back to that sinner woman in Luke chapter 7. She had been forgiven much, so she was able to love much. I see in that woman an abandon in her relationship with Jesus that I desire for myself.

She was oblivious to the rejection or the thoughts or the disapproval of anyone around her. All that mattered to her was Jesus. And in her worship and in her love, there was such a lavishness, an extravagance of freedom. That's because there's a cycle in the ways of God that brokenness leads to genuine repentance. Genuine repentance leads to forgiveness. Forgiveness will produce in my life freedom from the guilt, freedom from the bondage of myself and my sin.

When there is that new freedom birthed through brokenness and repentance and forgiveness, that freedom will produce a new capacity for love and worship and a capacity to love others, to love the unlovable, to love God, to worship God.

And, of course, that worship and that love of God lead us always back to new levels of brokenness, leading to greater and deeper repentance, to new forgiveness, to newfound freedom and increased capacity for love and for worship, to love the people we work with, to love the people we live with. Why is our capacity so limited? Perhaps it's because we are not living in brokenness, for brokenness yields that wonderful fruit of increased capacity for love and worship.

And then brokenness brings increased fruitfulness. For you see, God uses things and people that are broken. There are so many wonderful illustrations of this in the Scripture.
  • It's when Jacob's natural strength was broken at Peniel that God was able to clothe him with true spiritual power.
  • It's when the rock at Horeb was struck and broken by Moses' rod that the water flowed out to quench the thirst of the people.
  • It’s when 300 people broke their pitchers that the light of the lanterns within shone forth.
  • It’s when the little boy's five loaves were broken—I tell you, I had a picture of this yesterday driving by the picnic. I said, “This had to look like something of the feeding of the 5,000. I imagined Jesus taking those five loaves, but when they were broken in the hands of the Master, they were sufficiently multiplied to feed the multitudes with abundance left over.
  • Brokenness brings increased fruitfulness. It's when Mary's alabaster box was broken that the fragrance was released and filled the whole house.
  • And as we've said, it's when Jesus' body was broken on Calvary that eternal life was released for the salvation of the world.
Then the fruit of brokenness is to be seen in revival. That for which we have longed and prayed is really nothing more than the release of God's Spirit through broken lives.
We’ve read about the Welsh revival in 1905. The song that was sung throughout the Welsh revival, sung through lips that represented broken and contrite hearts, was that chorus, “Bend me, lower, lower, down at Jesus’ feet.”

Through that brokenness, God released a great flood tide of His Spirit that encompassed that whole land and brought untold revival blessing to the world.

A letter from satan

OUCHHH! What a slap in the face. I saw you yesterday as you began your daily chores. You awoke without kneeling to pray. As a matter of fact, you didn’t even bless your meal, or pray before going to bed last night. You are so unthankful, I like that about you. I cannot tell you how glad I am that you have not changed your way of living. Fool…you are mine!

Remember, you and I have been going steady for years and I still don’t love you yet. As a matter of fact, I hate you because I hate God. I am only using you to get even with God. He kicked me out of heaven, and I am going to use you as long as possible to pay Him back. You see, Fool, GOD LOVES YOU, and He have great plans in store for you. But you have yielded your life to me, and I am going to make your life a living hell…literally. That way, we will be together twice. This will really hurt God. Thanks to you, I’m really showing Him whose boss in your life with all the good times we’ve having. We have been watching dirty movies, cursing people out, stealing, lying, being hypocritical, fornicating, overeating, telling dirty jokes, gossiping, backstabbing people, disrespecting authority , adults and those in leadership, no respect for the church, bad attitudes…surely you don’t wanna give all this up…do you?

Come on fool, let’s burn together forever. I’ve got some really hot plans for us. This is just a letter of appreciation from me to you. I’d like to say “THANKS!” for letting me use you for most of your silly life. You are so gullible, I laugh at you. When you are tempted to sin, you are a given...so predictable. HA HA HA. You make me sick. Sin is beginning to take its toll on your life. You look 20 years older and now, I need some new blood. So go ahead and teach your children how to sin. All you have to do is smoke, get drunk, cheat, gamble, lie fornicate, gossip and live your life as selfishly as possible. Do all of this in the presence of your children and they will do it too. Kids are like that you know.

Well, Fool, I have to let you go now. I will be back in a couple of seconds to tempt you again. If you were smart, you would run somewhere, and confess your sins, and believe in your heart that Jesus was raise from the dead for your sins, and live for God with what little bit of life you have left. Its not my nature to warn anyone, but to be your age and still sinning, its becoming a bit ridiculous…don’t you think? Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still hate you, IT’S JUST THAT YOU MAKE A BETTER FOOL FOR CHRIST!

The Hell with you,

The Devil

PS. And if you really love me, you wont share this letter with anyone. Everyday, every minute, every breath truly is a gift from God. SHHHHHH

This is a sad day in the history of CHRISTIANITY!!!!!
So many Christians are in denial of satan's existence
as ruler of this world, for as long as GOD allows.
Folks have you not known... have you not heard that satan &
his legion of demons are out to steal the souls of, kill, &

PLACEBO exerpt

Chapter 12: Wake Up!

I now repeat for you point by point the entire five point message that
God gave me to deliver to this world today.

Point Number 1: For those who call themselves Christians, this is the Laodicean Church Age in which
we live. A high majority of so-called Christians are, in fact, living a deceived life. They talk
Jesus and play church, but do not live it. They claim to be Christians and then live
like the devil. They have bought the great lie from Satan who tells them that they are alright. He
tells them that it is alright to go to church on Sunday and attend mid-week services but as far as
the rest of the time is concerned, they are to get all they can out of life. As far as their
Christian life is concerned, they believe they are comfortable and have need of nothing and as a
result, they are only lukewarm Christians if Christians at all.

Point Number 2: Satan is a personal devil.

Point Number 3: To the whole world, this is Noah's second day. As it was in the days of Noah, so
shall it be in the days of the coming of the son of man. Humans took no thought of what Noah was
saying
nor did humans believe that anything was about to change. Humanity could see the storm clouds over
the horizon, but yet did not believe the rain was imminent. Notice the close parallel today.
Humanity can see all the signs of the last days, yet humanity does not believe that anything will
change. He does not believe in the impending coming of our Lord and he does not prepare to meet
God."

Point Number 4: For those who claim to be Christians, they are supposed to be ambassadors for
Christ here on earth. One cannot have any true witness or power in his life unless that one lives
his Christian faith at all times, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. To be a true
Christian one must live it, not just talk it. To honor God with your lips and not your heart is not
acceptable. Those who accept the responsibility of teaching, preaching, or any leadership role have
much for which to answer.

Point Number 5: God is now in the process of recruiting an army with which God will shake this old
world one more time. By working through his soldiers, God will produce great miracles that will shake the established hierarchy of
the so-called organized religion that is in this world today. These soldiers that God is now
recruiting will demonstrate the power of God to a greater extent than did the disciples in the
Pentecostal age. Now the recruitment has begun in earnest because God is about to perform the great
miracles through his army that God promised us God would do in the Bible. John the Baptist brought
the spirit of Elijah into this world and he did not even know he had it. John denied it, but Jesus
confessed that it was so. The purpose of that spirit was to make straight the paths of the coming
of the Lord.

"The Alpha and Omega, the Cause of all the universe's existence was hurting because a mere Earth
child was hurting. Oh, what Love! What Understanding! It was so far beyond anything a mere
Earthling can understand. Oh how precious just one, little, insignificant Earth child is to that
Great God" – Howard Pittman

A Commitment to God

I stumbled across this in a website, while reading about the character of Joseph in the face of pressure... link provided below. Someone submitted the commitment below and wondered if am really serious about God? Do/will i follow Him with wreck-less abandon? Or in my mind is my one foot stepping back and the other leaping forward??? Note to self Joska, this is life you better get serious.

http://www.zyworld.com/PURENHART2/josephandgodlycharacter%20.htm

Someone recently sent me the following anointed statement. I do not know who wrote it but God has certainly used that person to remind a lot of Christians of what our focus should be. I hope it encourages you as much as it has me.

~~~~~MY COMMITMENT AS A CHRISTIAN~~~~~
I'm part of the fellowship of the unashamed. I have stepped over the line. The decision has been made. I'm a disciple of Jesus Christ. I won't look back, let up, slow down, back away, or be still. My past is redeemed, my present makes sense, my future is secure. I'm finished and done with low living, sight walking, small planning, smooth knees, colorless dreams, tamed visions, mundane talking, cheap living, and dwarfed goals. I no longer need preeminence, prosperity, position, promotions, plaudits, or popularity. I don't have to be right, first, tops, recognized, praised, regarded, or rewarded. I now live by faith, lean on His presence, walk by patience, lift by prayer, and labor by power. My face is set, my gait is fast, my goal is heaven, my road is narrow, my way rough, my companions few, my Guide reliable, my mission clear. I cannot be bought, deluded, or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of the adversary, negotiate at the table of the enemy, or meander in the maze of mediocrity. I won't give up, shut up, let up, until I have stayed up, stored up, prayed up, paid up, preached up for the cause of Christ. I am a disciple of Jesus. I must go till He comes, give till I drop, preach till all know, and work till He stops me. And when He comes for His own, He will have no problem recognizing me - my banner will be clear!
The good Samaritan
Got this from a friend's note on Facebook, it was so monumental i couldn't help but to just post it!
The good Samaritan
by Timothy Wagura on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at 7:13pm
Today I heard the story of the good Samaritan like I have never heard it before... The robbers are the devil,his minions and evil plans that are concocted from the pit of hell. The guy who was robbed and beaten is you and I...battered and bruised by life,years lost in tears, hate, and deceit.And we were at the wrong place at the wrong time-on earth after the fall....and no one could help us. No one had the heart. Then came one,who had nothing to gain,no stories of bravery and chivalry to share by lending a hand. This man,the good Samaritan is the Saviour. He looks at us in our fallen state and not only knows that no one will help us,and that no one can help us, but also that we shall die if we are left in such a state. So he treats us with oil,releases the Holyspirit upon us, that we may arise again. He pours wine on our wounds to disinfect them...and like the blood of grapes, His blood cleanses our sin....and then He carries us,telling us that we do not have to keep ourselves in this walk with Christ, we just submit to His will and He will lead us to the promised land having kept us alive and provided our needs.. ..and He changes us and brings us back to a right standing..The Samaritan took the man to a hospital and put him in their care and footed the whole bill.Behold what manner of love. As I listened to this, I reflected on what a great man of God Billy Graham was,for it was he that taught and also realised that this story tells of great cruelty, tells of the limitations of man,tells of the unmeritted love of God and His awesome provision and that when we accept to be found by Him, we are not only safe at last, but that we should be His hands and extend the same help to those we meet along the way whom no one has the heart to help,by doing what we can and referring them to our own good Samaritan, Jesus Christ.
This song just makes my day!
Ever heard a song that gives you hope, encouragement, peace,sadness and all those emotions at the same time? I love this song so much, it reminds me that I should look to Jesus only for everything can only be found in him(note to self)
In Christ alone my hope is found
He is my light, my strength, my song
This Cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm
What heights of love, what depths of peace
When fears are stilled, when strivings cease
My Comforter, my All in All
Here in the love of Christ I stand
In Christ alone, who took on flesh
Fullness of God in helpless babe
This gift of love and righteousness
Scorned by the ones He came to save
'Til on that cross as Jesus died
The wrath of God was satisfied
For every sin on Him was laid
Here in the death of Christ I live
There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain
Then bursting forth in glorious Day
Up from the grave He rose again
And as He stands in victory
Sin's curse has lost its grip on me
For I am His and He is mine
Bought with the precious blood of Christ
No guilt of life, no fear in death
This is the power of Christ in me
From life's first cry to final breath
Jesus commands my destiny
No power of hell, no scheme of man
Can ever pluck me from His hand
'til He returns or calls me home
Here in the power of Christ I'll stand
IN CHRIST ALONE
On forgiveness...
So just heard this message from Joyce Meyer today that pointed 5 fingers at me & thought I should share it, enjoy:
6 ways to detect unforgiveness(prodigal son)
a) anger, being 'mad at'
Luke15:28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him. ,
Hebrews 12:15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
b) keeps score, boasts of its own record...
Luke15:29a And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment:
c) complains
Luke15:29b... and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:
d) alienates, divides & seperates
Luke15:28a And he was angry, and would not go in...
e) accuses opposes & continues to retell the mistake
Luke15:30 But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots...
f) jealous of the other person's progress
Luke15:30b... thou hast killed for him the fatted calf.
DONT STAY OUT OF THE PARTY!!!
EASTER FOR ME(In a song)
I mean, someone gave me eternal life for free by dying on the cross for me, the Kenyan in me automatically accepted that FREE gift. But it means much more... The fact that he rose again, taking the keys of hell and giving me the victory just makes me wonder how such a pure, gracious and loving God would look on a wretch like me, and pity my destined-for-hell soul and show me such mercy!
Lord no gratitude can ever be enough, so I just hope this simple thanks expresses it all. LORD THANK YOU FOR SENDING YOUR SON FOR MY SAKE, THANK YOU FOR GIVING HIM VICTORY AND THANK YOU THAT I CAN NOW LIVE IN FREEDOM AND LIGHT.
 Casting Crowns: Who Am I Lyrics
Songwriters: John Mark Hall
Who am I, that the Lord of all the earth
Would care to know my name, Would care to feel my hurt?
Who am I, that the bright and morning star
Would choose to light the way
For my ever wondering heart?
Not because of who I am,
But because of what You've done
Not because of what I've done
But because of who You are
I am a flower quickly fading, Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean, A vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I'm calling
Lord You catch me when I'm falling
And You told me who I am
I am Yours, I am Yours
Who am I, that the eyes that see our sin
Would look on me with love, And watch me rise again?
Who am I, that the voice that calmed the sea
Would call out through the rain
And calm the storm in me?
Not because of who I am, But because what of You've done
Not because of what I've done, But because of who You are
I am a flower quickly fading, Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean, A vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I'm calling
Lord You catch me when I'm falling
And You told me who I am
I am Yours
Not because of who I am, But because of what You've done
Not because of what I've done, But because of who You are
I am a flower quickly fading, Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean, A vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I'm calling
Lord You catch me when I'm falling
You told me who I am
I am Yours, I am Yours, I am Yours
Whom shall I fear? X2
'Cause I am Yours, I am Yours
I Will Wait For You
So it seemed, that it was cool,  for everyone to be in a relationship but me..
So I took matters into my own hands… and ended up with him
Him who displayed the characteristics of a CHEATER, a LIAR, an ABUSER, & a THEIF
So.. why was I surprised when he broke into my heart?
I called 911, but I was cardiac arrested for aiding and abetting,
Cause it was ME who let him in…
Claiming we were “just friends”..
It was already decided for me by the first date, that even if he wasn’t!
I was gonna make him ‘The One’..
You know… I was tired of being alone,
And I simply made up in my mind, that it was about that time so I decided to drag him along for the ride,
Cause I was always the bridesmaid & never the bride..
A virgin in the physical, but mentally just a grown woman on the corner in heat!
Who was tired of the wait!
So I was gonna make him ‘The One’.
He had a… form of Godliness… but not much..
But hey, hey I can change him! So (honey) I’ll TAKE him, I mean he’s close… enough
Ready to sell my aorta for a quarter, not knowing the value of its use to me
Arteries so clogged with MY will, it blocked HIS Will from flowing through me
So, I thank Christ that His blood pressure gave this heart an attack,
That flat lined my obscured vision, put me flat on my back
Through my ignorance He sawed,
Through my sternum He sawed & cracked open my chest
To transplant Psalm 51:10
A new heart & a renewed right spirit within!
So now I fully understand,
Better yet I thoroughly comprehend,
How much I NEED to wait… for You.
See, the bad thing is that I knew he wasn’t you from the beginning..
Cause in the beginning was the Word
And he didn’t even sound or shine like Your Son
Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks,
And all he could whisper was sweet, empty nothings –
Which meant NOTHING.
He couldn’t even pray when I NEEDED him to
Asking him to fast would be absurd!
So forget about being cleansed & washed with water through the Word…
But I know You.. ♥
You were already praying for me
Even never having met me
Let me assure you, I will wait for you.
I will no longer date, socialize or communicate with carbon copies of you
To appease my boredom or to quench my thirstiness I have for attention
And short-lived compliments from ‘sorta kindas’.
You know…. He ‘sort kinda’ right, but ‘sorta kinda’ wrong?
His first name LUKE,
His last name WARM.
I, I won’t settle for false companionship
I won’t lay in the embrace of his arms,
Attempting to find some closeness,
But never feeling so far apart cause, I just wanna be held
Cause ♫”all I gotta do is Say” No!
NO more ‘almost sessions’ of ‘almost coming close’
Passing winks & buying drinks,
I’mma, I’mma, I’mma flirt!♫
Who flirts with the ideology of,
‘Can you just tell me how much I can get away with & still be saved?’
NO more.
I’ll stay in my bed… alone, and write poems, about how I will wait for you
He won’t even come close,
Our fingers won’t even interlock
We won’t even exchange breath
Cause I have thoughts that I’ve ‘Saved As’ in a file that God has only equipped you to open.
I will no longer get weighted down,
From so-called friends & family talks,
About the concern for my biological clock
When I serve the Author of Time.
Who is NOT subject to time,
But I’M subject to Him,
He has the ability to STOP, FAST FORWARD, PAUSE, or REWIND at any given time…
So if we could role play,
You would be Abraham & I would be Sara
Or you can be Isaac & I can be Rebecca – a servant’s answered prayer
I am bone of your bone, flesh of your flesh,
Made up of your rib Adam!
And once we meet, like electrons
I will be bound to your nucleus, completely indivisible atom.
We even speak the same math: 1 + 1 + 1 = 3, which really equals 1 if you add Him.
We were all created in His image,
But you have the ability to reflect, project & even detect the Son.
If I were to explain what you looked like,
You would have to look like a star,
A son of the Son..
I would gain energy simply from the light on me.
I would need you , in order to complete my photosynthesis
I await your revelation, but once again from the genesis, I will wait for you ♥
And I will know you… because when you speak I will be reminded of Solomon’s wisdom,
Your ability to lead will remind me of Moses,
Your faith will remind me of Abraham,
Your confidence in God’s Word will remind me of Daniel,
Your inspiration will remind me of Paul,
Your heart for God will remind me of David,
Your attention to detail will remind me of Noah,
Your integrity will remind me of Joseph,
And your ability to abandon your own will, will remind me of the disciples,
But Your ability to love selflessly & unconditionally will remind me of Christ.
But I won’t need to identify you by any special Matthews or any special Marks,
Cause His word will be tatted all over your heart.
And you will know me, and you will find me,
Where… the boldness of Esther meets the warm closeness of Ruth.
Where the hospitality of Lydia is aligned with the submission of Mary,
Which is engulfed in the tears of a praying Hanna.
I will be the one, drenched in Proverbs 31… waiting for you.
But to my Father, my Father who has known me before I was birthed into this earth
Only if you should see fit…
I desire Your will above mine,
So even if you call me to a life of singleness,
My heart is content with YOU – the One who was sent.
YOU are the greatest love story ever told,
The greatest story ever known
You are forever my judge & I’m forever Your witness
And I pray that I’m always found on a mission about my Father’s business
Oh, I will always be Yours!
And I will always wait for You Lord, more than the watchmen wait for the morning…
More than the watchmen wait for the morning… I WILL WAIT
Detained for Entry
Pastor G Craige Lewis described entertainment in his video The Truth Behind Hiphop 6 as containing two words 'detained' and 'entry'. So in short entertainment can be described by the phrase 'detained for entry'. So as we detain ourselves infront of the telly or radio, what are we allowing to enter? Just think about it for a moment... What is there nowadays on the airwaves???
So, the next time I/you sit to watch your favorite program, evaluate the themes that it is teaching you... Love or lust, contentment or covetousness, morals or immorality, peace or fear, love or malice, godliness or carnality. I must admit this wasn't an easy message to hear, having been a tube addict since forever, i had to reconsider what i was feeding myself...
He went on further to say that we get so clouded in entertainment that we forget the things of God, we don't have the desire to seek, follow or love God and we find ourselves compromising on so many things. The next time you feel like this, check what you're feeding yourself.
Thanx for taking the time to read this, let me know how entertainment has detained you...
